Turbonycoil 98 contains polyglycol thickened diester and contains specific additives to increase its anti-oxidant properties. A lubricating oil with a viscosity of 7.5 cSt at 100°C. Used in lubrication of some aircraft and marine turbine engines and on turboprop engines where a high viscosity oil is required to protect the gears from heavy wear. Turbonycoil 98 is mainly used on Russian-made helicopters.
The quality of Turbonycoil 98 oil (Turbonycoil 98) is superior to B-3B oil, so it is recommended to use it in Russian aircraft. These oils mix well in various proportions.
