Hoover Industries' Life Vests are manufactured with the highest quality materials meeting or exceeding regulatory specifications and following the stringent manufacturing practices of Hoover Industries. The Life Vests are manufactured by the heat-seal process, and consist of two identical chambers that will support an adult or child reclined at an angle of approximately 30 degrees, head back, as required by the TSO.

It is designed to keep the face from submerging even if the wearer is unconscious or incapacitated. It has both oral and COČ inflation systems.

The Hoover Industries' Life Vest has a quick-don harness for comfort and convenience and comes packaged in a protective fire-retardant bag.
