Desoblend™ Universal Blending Solvent / CA 1900 is formulated as a blending solvent for urethane topcoats. It is used to melt dry the spray edges on spot repairs. CA 1900 can be used over properly prepared surfaces previously topcoated with CA 8000 Desothane HS or CA 8800 Buffable Desothane HS.
