AeroShell Grease 7 is a multi-purpose aviation grease perfect for the lubrication of piston and turbine engines. It is a synthetic ester thickened with Microgel for the excellent protection of aircraft parts against wear and tear. This aircraft lubricant is specially formulated to resist oxidation and inhibit corrosion.

AeroShell 7 combines outstanding load-carrying capacity and an excellent temperature range of -73 °C to 149 °C. It is used as a lubricant for actuator screw mechanisms, highly loaded gears, and even for devices and general airframe lubrication. It has a shelf life of 3 years.

Grease 7 is able to fulfill almost all aircraft grease requirements which reduces the need for other aviation grease products. It can also be used for seals approved with using diester-based greases, and non-aviation applications that require great low temperature properties.

This aviation grease contains a synthetic ester oil and thus must not come in contact with incompatible seal materials. It is qualified and approved under MIL-PRF-23827C Type II and should not be used with other soap-based greases under MIL-PRF-23827C Type I.
